You can transfer up to (15) credits toward your MPH degree, provided you earn a grade of "B" or better in your certificate courses. The MPH program typically takes an additional 2 to 3 semesters to complete, with a maximum of 5 additional semesters allowed.
If you wish to apply to earn your MPH degree, please see the admission Guidelines for Certificate in Public Health Students website for application requirements and deadlines. Successful completion of the certificate program does not guarantee admission into the MPH program. UF requires that degrees be completed within 7 years.
Note: Application of non-degree coursework to a degree program is handled on a case-by-case basis.
